Listed below are the steps to register an asset in the TIGRS registry.
- Go to https://tigrsregistry.apx.com and login using your login
credentials. - Once logged in, find the “Asset Management” module and click on
“Register New Asset” link which will bring up Page 1 of a 3-page
registration process. - Please fill out all fields with the asterisk next to it.
a. Latitude and Longitude: You will notice two fields titled
Latitude and Longitude. In order to find these coordinates, go
to http://itouchmap.com/latlong.html type in the facilities
address and over the map you will see the Latitude and
Longitude coordinates appear. Please make sure to enter the
entire numbers that appear.
b. Click “Save” to Save the asset registration thus far or to
continue with the Setup Process at a later time. Note: For those using TIGRS as the reporting entity, please keep track of your asset ID numeric value. - Click “Next” if you wish to continue to the next page of the
asset registration. Fill out all the fields with asterisks next to it. Note: If you want to use TIGRS as the qualified reporting entity you must select APX TIGRS QRE and enter in the numeric value from your asset ID. If you do not know your reporting entity ID, enter in the numeric value of your asset with the respective qualified reporting entity. If you are self-reporting it can only for asset with nameplate capacity under 1MW. - Click “Next” if you wish to continue to the third page of the
asset registration. On this page, account holders will be required to provide information that is highlighted in the photo. Here are the items that are required Photo of Asset, Power Purchase Agreement or similar document describing asset and/or REC ownership, Interconnection Agreement, Commissioning Certificate, Diagram or Description of Installed Meters. - Click “Next” if you wish to continue to the final page of the
asset registration. - Click “Submit for Approval” if you are done filling out the
asset registration and are ready for the TIGRs Administrator to
begin their review. - The TIGRs Administrator will review the data provided and either
approve or send an email to the Account Manager with issues to be
clarified. Once your asset is approved an email notification will be
sent to the Account Manager.
